Download the free My Own CFO app to keep in touch with your business when you re on the move and to see at a glance how you can improve cash flow. My Own CFO provides business owners with the following great tools: Dashboard with 11 Key Performance Indicators : The easy to interpret Dashboard tells you how cash has been generated and spent. Each KPI provides intuitive data on trends and helps guide you to where you can improve cash flow. Drilldown screens for each KPI : My Own CFO interprets and explains any issues and opportunities to improve cash flow. Heads Up! indicator and chart analysis : The Heads Up! indicator shows how much cash can be generated if each improvement opportunity is addressed and real-time charts show trends over the last 12 months. Check in with your bookkeeper and accountant to bounce off them the opportunities for cash generation. Action List : My Own CFO prepares an Action List of specific tasks that will improve cash flow. Tick each task when you ve taken it on board. The List will be refreshed every 7 days. Reports : The CFO Reports provide you with hard copies of what you need to see what s happening right now in the business. Email the Reports to your bookkeeper and accountant to discuss with them at your next regular catch up.
